2. Skilled Worker Visa Updates
The Skilled Worker visa now requires higher financial readiness and stricter sponsorship rules.
Minimum Salary Threshold: Applicants must earn at least £38,700 annually (up from £26,200) (source).
Employer Sponsorship: A valid sponsorship certificate from a Home Office-approved employer remains mandatory.
Financial Proof: Applicants without employer sponsorship must show sufficient funds in their account for 28 consecutive days before applying.
3. Visa Fee Increases
